Everything to do with the stone countertop fabrication and installation is done in house by Natural Stone City employees.
Our specialized installation teams are natural stone experts, not general contractors doing it on the side. Every step, from shipping, to templating, to fabrication, and installation, is completed in as little as one week from purchase, even including custom cutouts.

Material & Workmanship Warranty:
Covered for a Full Year
We provide 1 year warranty on material and labour, including defects in the material or in our workmanship.
Any issues like seams shifting, chips or other issues caused by natural stone city staff are covered under the warranty.
Damages not caused by Natural Stone City staff are not covered under the warranty.
