London Boler Heights Project:
Modern Transitional With a Natural, Warm Luxury Feel
A contemporary residence defined by light, soft colour palettes and the subtle luxury of natural-inspired materials.
This project showcases how carefully selected stone, porcelain, and sophisticated finishes can create spaces that are both serenely calm and highly functional.
Clean lines and quiet textures elevate the everyday, resulting in a cohesive design language that flows from the kitchen to the private retreats.

A Show-Stopping Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of this project, featuring the pristine white beauty of Alabaster. This stone offers a clean, bright canvas that perfectly reflects light and creates an airy, elegant atmosphere.
The Statement Island: 3" Mitred Edge
At the center of the space is a spacious island that truly steals the show. Unlike standard thickness, this island features a dramatic 3-inch Mitred Edge. This custom fabrication technique creates the seamless illusion of an incredibly thick, solid slab, giving the island monumental visual weight. It transforms the working surface into a sculptural piece of furniture, designed for both daily preparation and grand entertaining.
Seamless Stone Flow: Full Splash
The elegance of the kitchen is further cemented by using Alabaster not just for the countertops, but continuing it up the wall as a Full-Height Backsplash. This seamless application eliminates grout lines, creating a monolithic, easy-to-clean stone ribbon that flows from the counter surface right up to the cabinets. The subtle, soft movement of the Alabaster stone remains consistent, providing tranquility and depth.
Dual Focal Points: Teracanto Calacatta Gold Porcelain
For areas requiring maximum visual impact alongside superior performance, the client chose the exceptional Teracanto Calacatta Gold Porcelain. This material was applied to two key focal points: the custom kitchen hood and the main living room fireplace.
Porcelain slabs, leveraging Sintered Stone technology, provide the sophisticated look of classic Italian Calacatta marble—with rich grey and distinctive gold veining—but with unmatched durability, heat resistance, and zero maintenance.
The Fireplace: The large-format slab ensures minimal seams, showcasing the dramatic gold veining as it sweeps across the hearth and up the wall, creating a luxurious backdrop for the living space.
The Hood: Wrapping the custom range hood in this material creates cohesion with the fireplace and elevates an essential kitchen component into an architectural feature..
The Retreat: Primary Ensuite in Sona Gold
The theme of golden luxury culminates in the primary ensuite, a private retreat dedicated to warmth and richness. The opulent Sona Gold stone was selected for the vanity tops.
The characteristic veining of the Sona Gold introduces deep, warm tones—hues of amber, rust, and bronze—that contrast beautifully with the bright white Alabaster used elsewhere. This creates a bold, luxurious space that feels distinctly separate, designed to pamper and impress.
The unique movement in each slab ensures a truly one-of-a-kind feel for this intimate space.
